About a year ago, Ascendo and Richcoln Company Limited jointly embarked on creation of a superlative audio/video room that embraced Dolby Atmos + Auro 3D system. This A/V room is sited in the basement of a 6-storey detached house, with a usable area of about 700 square feet. Inside the room is a 6-metre wide 2.35:1 transparent screen featuring a diagonal of 270 inches. Image projection is performed by a dedicated Barco DP4K-23B video projector. Inside the Cinema are forty professional coaxial monitor speakers and four professional 15-inch subwoofers as well as three JBL on-wall speakers. Connecting such a number of speakers incurs complication. However, the most challenging task is to accomplish ensure hysteresis-free synchronization of all these speakers. Every Ascendo professional speaker has a built-in DSP for synchronous operation. To ensure the fastest audio and video signal transmission this Ascendo professional equipment incorporates Audio Video Bridging networking system to ensure ultra stable connection. Employing Cat 5 and fibre optic in series can accomplish multi-Gigabyte data transmission....
